During our multiple stays
in Asia, we had encountered a lot of side-effects whe-
taking anti malaria drugs such as Mefloquine, especially
in India and Indonesia, so we decided to stop this precaution.But
od course you are at your own risk ! The
Lariam is quite harsh if taken over a long period,
we had been very sick becuase of this drugs. It mya be
better used as a treatment rather than a precaution drug.
The best way
to prevent malaria is to cover your body by mosquito repellent
at dusk... consider to take a mosquito net as well
!

Malaria.
Thus, even with a good prevention, THINK ABOUT
MALARIA when getting fever
(temperature more than 38°C), cold, headhake, des
vomiting, diarrhea appearing more than 8 after arriving
in the risky zone, and a few after coming back to
your country.
