2, 2000 : We
didn't want to stay in Singapore during the Chinese
New Year. So where to go ? Considering that neither
Corinne nor me knew Laos, it seemed to be an obvious
destination.
Laos is not
as densely popoluated as its neighbors and it's still
relatively untouched by the impacts of tourism. Named
as the "Land of millions elephants" I was
told that it look like Thailand 20 or 30 years ago,
but with reminiscence from the French influence
We wanted
